Was asked to wait 10 mins to give the stylist a break because they were just all morning. So I went shopping and came back in 10 mins. When I came back they were talking to a woman about how to do her hair. When they were done talking they took the lady back and told me to have a seat and wait another 10 mins. I was very upset because they put my name on the list as being next then they took the lady back before me. I have used this salon many times before and I will never use it again. I only gave one star because there was no option to give a review without at least giving one star.
