The staff are always nice and accommodating. Sierra is great. She has been doing my hair for years and I love it every time! There's never too long of a wait either. They are located in a plaza so there is always some shopping to do before or after. Definitely a 5 star experience for me....
I asked for a medium bob with long layers and ended up with a horrible mess that I'm embrassed to leave my house with! It looks absolutely nothing like a bob in any way! I even showed her a picture. When a customer says "I just want about 1" worth of layers at the bottom" that's what you do! I now have short layers half way up the back of my head 6" worth!!! I told her I CAN NOT HAVE SHORT LAYERS! She cut then asked is that okay! Are you kidding me I look like I have hair from the 1980's. Maybe managers should stay in the office and not cut hair! I showed her how I part it(always on the side) she cut it as if I parted it in the middle so one side has layers and the other doesn't! Horrible job! Then I find out their policy changed she couldn't straighten my hair(which I always do since it's wavy and a bit frizzy) after she was done cutting it or she had to charge me an extra $5. Um that's not what the sign says but wth ever. So unprofessional it makes me sick!
My daughter asked for layers in the back she came home and straightened it which they now say the new policy is 10.00 charge..isnt that included in a cut and style... so these layers look like a 5 year old took scissors to her hair..its embarrassing to say the least... when I called the girl told me she is the manager andid have to bring here later today to try and fix it...ya well she waited an hour and a half to do it yesterday.. shes the manager...I just cant believe all the good stylists are not there either...what happened. ..now 6 inches of her hair she was trying to grow out has to be cut off because its a mess...
