Dr. Sessler is absolutely amazing! She made my dog, Rosie, feel completely comfortable and even excited to be at the doctor's office. She is also extremely knowledgeable and kind! She explained every test and treatment option very well. We will definitely be back to see her and the entire staff at Camboro!

My family has been going to Camboro for over 30 years now and we adored our time there. The now retired vets cared so much and were realistic with you and weren't just out to rob your bank, especially Dr. Birchard. The nurses and staff were so pleasant and helpful as well. That was until we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Balas. Never have I ever dealt with such an unprofessional, greedy, and demeaning vet in my life. She belittled us because after spending over $300 for tests on our dog who had diarrhea (including X-rays that showed no blockages) she was upset that we wanted an itemized copy of why she wanted to charge us an additional $100. When we asked if all procedures were necessary or if they were just precautionary she flat out said "well I could give her an ultrasound but I don't think that's necessary or I could just cut her open and look around for anything but I don't think that's necessary now do I?" And then she went on to insist that we feed our dog a diet from the vet office. It became quite clear she only wanted to clean out our wallets. I am baffled by how Camboro would allow one of their new vets to be so blatantly rude to a customer like that all because they were concerned about how much their bill would amount to. Unfortunately after 30 years, this experience will be our last with Camboro once we transfer. We wish it would not have come to this but I will not stand to be ridiculed and treated like a bad pet owner for simply asking questions about cost.
