Insanely high rent drives businesses away and keeps new, interesting ones out.
Cute mini mall, antique shop, stylist, tanning salon but not much else.
Keep adding more desirable businesses and remodel it, then it should become popular again!

The antique store in here is fantastic, with a lot of items displayed wonderfully! Some are priced great too. Only downfall is I didn't appreciate the rude staring coming from the cashier (I feel due to my style of dress). When I complemented how much I really loved the store and would be returning, I got snubbed in return. Customer service is something I find to be very important and sadly this employee had none. My next visit if she is working and I get the same treatment I will not be going back , no matter how much I love the store.
