Miss this place! Had a wonderful time sophomore year!

Had a very pleasant stay at College Park. The staff and management were super helpful, especially Mel. She went out of her way to make my family feel comfortable. She was professional, practical and welcoming.

I had put down a deposit to move in and the current tenant moved out. So I was taking over a lease with about 6 months left which was fine. That was all the time I needed. At first the landlords knew that the previous tenant had left it a mess. They acknowledged to me about the state of the apartment before I moved in.

After two weeks of back and forth calling they finally told me that I would not get my deposit back. They stated, "That the rugs needed replaced and some cleaning charges. The cleaning charges make sense because I had no time to clean the fridge before I left. However, I had no pets and the rugs could not have been destroyed by me since I stayed for such a short while. Would never consider renting from them again.

My partner and I spent a long time looking for an apartment close to campus so I could easily reach my classes without a vehicle, and upon signing our lease, these were still the nicest looking, cleanest apartments for a decent rent price. However, shortly after we moved in, a downstairs neighbor moved in and almost immediately began problems. Having loud sex and masturbating, domestic disputes with his partners where the police needed to be called, and playing loud music in the early hours of the morning, between 4-7 AM. We made multiple complaints to the office about this. Our emails were left unreplied and in-person complaints fell on deaf ears, and were met with only one notice being sent to the whole building and no direct confrontation to the tenant downstairs. This is a clear violation of our right to quiet enjoyment, and being a young, first-time renter, I wasn't aware that this would allow us to break our lease and find an apartment we could live in peacefully. The staff in the office seem very nice in person, but can't seem to do their jobs with the professionalism you would expect from property managers. After our lease ended, we were charged for a carpet cleaning that we had already had done and a "bathroom" cleaning charge totaling almost 200 dollars. When confronted about these charges, we were sent pictures of not the bathroom, but the kitchen where there were only a trashbag and full roll of paper towels still on the counter. We were sure to leave the apartment cleaner than what we moved in to. The person who we originally confronted about this kept trying to run us around in circles about the ridiculous charges and completely forgot that she was the one we gave our carpet cleaning receipt to. We eventually got to speak with her manager and the manager finally was able to get our money back. I would not recommend renting from this company until they finally manage to take tenant complaints seriously and not try to steal security deposits through absurd "cleaning" charges and downright incompetence.

The town was quiet and peaceful. I loved listening to the birds on my way to the university. The fall colors were simply stunning.

The deli next to the leasing office made the best subs! The bus to Erie and around campus stopped right in front of the apartments, which was a blessing during the winters. The apartments were clean, cute and cozy.

COAX is terrible, and electric can get expensive, but it's a nice location, maintenance issues are taken seriously, and the ladies who work in the rental office are soooo nice. I go to school and work in Erie, so the drive from Edinboro is a little too far for me, so I had to move, but I wish I could live there again.

I stayed here for about 6 months. I had moved in with some roommates that had already been staying there for approximately 1 year. The place was kinda trashed but I needed a place to stay.
