Very friendly staff, beautiful location and office. Fast appointment times, in and out quickly with very little waiting. And the staff treats you like family. Convienant hours on Mondays they are open 11 am to 7 pm to accommodate people that work first shift! Overall a great experience! Highly recommend!!

I felt like the receptionist had an attitude and she kept rolling her eyes anytime I would ask a question about the paper work to be filled out. I also thought it was very unprofessional that they gave you a literal plastic cup to pee in. Not only that but when I put in in the metal door there were two other cups in there! I also asked what my cost would be for my visit before I went. The receptionist said it was covered by my insurance. It was after 2 visits I was told I had a $25 balance for co-pays. I'm a broke college student so that is a lot of money to be spending. I also was hoping to get on birth control and see if I have PCOS (it runs in my family and I have a ton of signs.) They didn't help me all in that sense. I understand I'm not trying to conceive but excuse me for trying to prevent myself from getting more facial hair and trying to understand why I haven't had a period in over 5 years. The doctor (Linda I believe was very nice and tried to be helpful.) Overall, I'll choose the campus health center for birth control or Eries's OBGYN instead.
Horrible place to go for woman's services. Office area has a children's area where the wallpaper is pealing off the walls and is very dirty and unkempt. Never can get a good appointment that works with my schedule because they have such limited hours. I wanted to go during my hour lunch break and they said they have to have lunch too. They have their last patient at 3:15 which is hard for people who actually have to work for a living. No Saturday appointments. One lady named Megan was very rude and gave me different information from the time before. When I asked why did the information change she got very nasty and acted like she never told me the information. Had an appointment at 3:15 but had to wait until 3:45 to be seen.
Seriously love this place.
