Excellent customer service and hands on help. They were very nice too. The prices were reasonable and the bouquet my mom got at work was nice and delivered on time. The card was exactly how I wanted it. The bouquet was a little more sparse of flowers and not fillers than I had hoped but the price wasn't bad. I thought they had said more stems on the phone. They did forget the vase though but my mom found one and all was good. Overall, very good.
