Been there many times and never have had a problem.
We try to go out of our way when on the road to hit local places for local goodness, but this joint isn't worth it. Took almost an hour to get 3 lukewarm burgers and a kid's hot dog. Had clearly been sitting for a while because the fries were cold. Maybe the food was mediocre because it had been sitting around a while, or maybe it was mediocre from the get go, but either way it was a waste of time and effort. Avoid.
Great atmosphere. Well stocked bar, and food service and quality was good. I will be back.
The atmosphere was very pleasant and the venue was very clean. So I will give a neutral rating. The hostess was very pleasant and there was no wait to be seated at 5pm on a Friday night. However, the salad was old and the meal came out after over an hour; cold and very dry. Our waitress disappeared for long periods of time and there was no more than 5 tables full in the entire restaurant. As a first time customer I was disappointed in both the service and the quality of the food.
Met the manager, Michelle. Very nice lady and you can tell that she really cares about her customers.
Just had the best hamburger and fries ever. It's called the "Crossroads Burger"
Absolutely amazing menu with hearty salads, sandwiches, a full page of custom macaroni and cheese dishes, and tons of appetizers, soups and comfort food. Have been here multiple times and staff is always nice and accommodating!!
